Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance on project deliverables.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, specifically in government or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# and database management systems (SQL).
