Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and provide strategic recommendations for technology upgrades.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis, architecture, or project management.
- Valid California State Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience working with government IT frameworks and procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
