Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and system environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for enterprise applications and hardware.
- Lead migration projects to modern cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure) and optimize virtualization environments.
- Enforce data security protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (GDPR/HIPAA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT workflows and improve user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to prevent security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in network engineering or systems administration.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery planning.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly preferred.
