Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, code, and deploy robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to state and federal security standards and data protection regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or systems administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET, or C#; experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Government Standards: Ability to navigate and comply with government procurement and security protocols.
