Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and infrastructure to support state operations.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and subject matter experts, to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity by implementing best practices and rigorous testing protocols.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for critical government systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing.
- Washington State residency is preferred.
