Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of federal IT networks and systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with federal standards like FISMA and NIST.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and modernize legacy infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for scripting and automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
