Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced network security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and consultation to federal personnel and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST security standards and government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
- Document technical configurations and maintain detailed system logs.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required for this federal position.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management or network engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CISCO networking equipment and routing protocols.
- Compliance: Ability to successfully pass a government background investigation and drug screen.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
