Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliability of federal government network infrastructure and systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with strict federal and state regulations and data protection laws.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify vulnerabilities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to government staff regarding software applications, cybersecurity best practices, and hardware troubleshooting.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related federal/state government role.
- Strong understanding of federal IT policies, including NIST compliance and FISMA regulations.
- Experience with network protocols, cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance (Top Secret/Secret) are mandatory.
