Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network infrastructure and server environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-level hardware and software systems, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data against evolving threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate cloud solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize IT resource utilization.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Active or eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance is required.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in network administration and system engineering.
