Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and maintain the City's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices for city employees.
  • Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive government data from cyber threats.
  • Conduct regular system backups, updates, and preventative maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.

Qualifications
