Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development and system integration.
- Design, test, and implement complex information system solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain and document system architectures, ensuring compliance with government data security standards.
- Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve critical issues.
- Train end-users and provide technical support for newly implemented government systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or IT project management.
- Proven experience with SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
