Responsibilities

- Security Compliance: Enforce data protection protocols and conduct risk assessments to safeguard sensitive taxpayer information.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, architecture, or software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), enterprise systems (Java, .NET), and database management (SQL, Oracle).
- Certifications: PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, or CISSP certification is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a New York State security clearance.
