Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide-area network infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols and firewall configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure hardware/software compatibility and upgrades.
- Document system configurations, changes, and maintenance logs.
- Lead IT projects related to system migration and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in government or public sector.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or VMware VCP are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure government environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
