Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Oversee cloud migration projects and virtualization technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and applications.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
