Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks in compliance with NIST standards.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale system migrations and upgrades.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for federal auditors and compliance officers.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct technical training sessions.
- Respond to and resolve critical system outages with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in government contracting or public sector IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAP).
