Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level cybersecurity implementations and vulnerability assessments
- Manage federal IT infrastructure across multiple agency platforms
- Develop and maintain secure network architectures using NIST frameworks
- Coordinate with DHS headquarters on national security technology deployments
- Train federal staff on cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, CUI, and other federal regulations
- Oversee incident response and disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of federal IT security experience with GS-12 equivalent
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with federal workloads
- Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Advanced knowledge of FedRAMP and CUI requirements
- Experience leading cross-agency IT projects in California
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
