Responsibilities
- Manage and secure DoD IT networks and systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support for classified/unclassified communications
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Train military personnel on IT security best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government IT infrastructure
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (required)
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+ and CISSP preferred
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
- Knowledge of DoD ACAP and RMF frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
