Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead cloud migration projects for municipal services
- Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks
- Coordinate with department heads to align technology with strategic goals
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience in government/public sector
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in Azure/AWS cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification
- Proven experience with NIST compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
