Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including cloud systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead digital transformation projects for city departments, ensuring seamless technology integration
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for critical municipal systems
- Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect sensitive citizen data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience in government or regulated environments
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA) and compliance protocols
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
