Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex cloud environments on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Oversee security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive state data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure issues.
- Conduct technical presentations and training for staff and stakeholders.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or systems administration.
- Professional certification in AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to obtain a Level II Background Investigation clearance.
