Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced data analysis to support federal decision-making processes and policy development.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and FedRAMP standards.
- Develop and maintain secure data repositories, automated reporting dashboards, and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize system performance and data accuracy.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, executive summaries, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Identify data trends and anomalies to recommend strategic improvements for agency operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal, state, or local government data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance (preferred but willing to sponsor for qualified candidates).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
