Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity within the federal sector.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
