Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure (FedRAMP authorized).
- Manage security compliance requirements, including NIST, FISMA, and DIACAP standards.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions tailored to agency requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and enhance user productivity.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on complex system architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT contracting or state/local government IT support.
- Certifications: Active Secret Clearance or higher required; CISSP or SysAdmin certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
