Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical federal IT infrastructure and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems, in compliance with FISMA standards.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal personnel and hardware systems.
- Document system configurations, security protocols, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active or eligibility for a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- 5+ years of experience in IT system administration or network engineering.
- Proficiency with federal frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
