Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure for federal and state clients, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to comply with FISMA, NIST, and DHS standards.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative software solutions.

Qualifications
- Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance (preferred) or willingness to undergo a background check.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably within Federal or State Government environments.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
