Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document technical procedures and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- AWS/Azure certification (AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator preferred)
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong background in network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process management experience
- Texas driver's license required
