Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019) supporting 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for municipal data services
- Oversee Active Directory administration with 15+ domain controllers
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly DR drills
- Coordinate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Document system architecture using Visio and Lucidchart
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system outages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure AZ-104 certifications required
- Minimum 3 years managing enterprise-level Windows Server environments
- Experience with SCCM and Intune for endpoint management
- Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
