Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and drive project timelines.

- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and IT project management.
- Experience working within a state government or large public sector organization is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
