Responsibilities
- Analyze complex IT systems and recommend technical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with government stakeholders to define project scope.
- Ensure system security and full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct technical code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major technology initiatives.
- Document technical specifications and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or application development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting languages.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
