Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations (FISMA).
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for federal agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for federal staff members.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering.
- Experience working within or supporting federal government systems and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data security, and ITIL best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
