Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex federal network infrastructure and systems.
- Implement and enforce NIST-compliant cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolution for federal client inquiries.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure operational security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy federal systems.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed system logs for compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification preferred: Security+, Network+, or CISSP.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior stakeholders.
