Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for government infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems and application architectures ensuring data integrity and security.
- Lead system upgrades and migrations, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with city stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize legacy systems.
- Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and capacity planning for enterprise applications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and government compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, government, or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
