Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex federal IT systems and networks to meet agency requirements.
- Conduct rigorous security assessments and ensure full compliance with FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific security policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis for system outages and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations to ensure quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related technical role within the public sector or government contracting.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
