Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions for state agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to recommend optimal technology solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern architecture.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced government environment.
