Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex enterprise software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with state security protocols, HIPAA regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and optimize database queries and reporting tools for state stakeholders.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Strong experience with SQL database management and data warehousing.
- Experience working in the public sector or with government contracts is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
