Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that align with state standards and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize database efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions for non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and relational database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
