Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions to improve business processes within the state government.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver projects on time.
- Provide end-user training and technical support for internal staff.
- Ensure compliance with state security policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT support.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a background check and security clearance.
