Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of system requirements, business processes, and functional requirements to design robust IT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and government stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of system implementation, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and guidance to internal staff and external partners.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and technical specifications to maintain a clear knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
