Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
- Oversee network security protocols, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
- Monitor network performance and traffic to optimize bandwidth and system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Juniper JNCIE preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point), and VPNs.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a large-scale environment.
