Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with county strategic goals.
  • Facilitate Agile and Waterfall methodologies, coordinating with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to executive leadership and stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
