Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming pension applications and benefit requests with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct data entry and verification of beneficiary information against federal records.
- Communicate complex pension regulations to beneficiaries via phone and email.
- Resolve discrepancies in pension calculations and investigate claim denials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government and financial data.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to ERISA and federal pension laws.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension administration, government benefits, or actuarial science.
- Mandatory availability to work a Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and pension management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
