- Prepare detailed policy briefs, reports, and presentations for city council and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government policy development or public sector management
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to navigate complex governmental structures and processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in policy analysis software and data visualization tools
- Valid Ohio driver's license (required for occasional travel to city facilities)
