Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for state agencies
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using statistical tools
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for legislative committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional agency stakeholders
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Oklahoma
- Present findings to senior leadership and public officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R)
- Demonstrated grant writing and budget management skills
- Knowledge of Oklahoma legislative processes
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and state residency requirement
