Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for executive leadership
- Coordinate interagency task forces and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare comprehensive briefing documents and fiscal impact statements
- Monitor federal compliance requirements and implement adaptations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional projects
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's legislative process
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
