Responsibilities
- Maintain parks, trails, and recreational facilities ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Assist with event setup and tear-down for community activities and festivals
- Perform minor repairs on park structures and amenities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Document maintenance activities and report facility concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean record
- 1+ years of landscaping, maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor
- Basic knowledge of horticulture and groundskeeping best practices
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
