Responsibilities

- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor legislation and regulatory changes across state government
- Present findings to legislative committees and senior officials
- Manage complex projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data analysis
- Proficiency with policy analysis software (e.g., SAS, Stata)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of New York State legislative processes and regulations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
