Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful state-level initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Florida's legislative process and administrative procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
