Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in Texas municipal law and legislative processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R)
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Professional certification (e.g., CPAP, CPP) preferred
