Responsibilities
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to develop strategic initiatives for urban revitalization
- Conduct legislative research and draft policy briefs for executive leadership
- Manage stakeholder engagement with community organizations and municipal partners
- Oversee program evaluation metrics and compliance frameworks
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SPSS, or Stata)
- Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania's legislative processes
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and public communication
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Clearances: FBI background check and child abuse clearance
