Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative testimony materials
- Manage cross-departmental projects addressing urban challenges
- Monitor emerging policy trends and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in government policy analysis or public sector consulting
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficient in policy analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, SPSS)
- Experience with California state legislative processes
- Strong written communication skills for policy documents
- Valid California driver's license may be required
